Usability Analytics involves analysing web server logs from a usability perspective in order to determine how people access information. Using multiple log file analysis tools and your own reports we look at:
- Who is visiting your site
- The path that visitors take through the site
- How much time people spend on each path
- Where visitors are leaving your site
