The professional
Sharon has a strong interest in human behaviour and how information is designed and communicated most effectively to the user.
Sharon has worked both in New Zealand and the UK, largely in the government sectors of Health and Transport. Sharon’ roles have primarily focused on evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of government policies.
Since joining Optimal in 2008 Sharon has been applying her strong research, analytical, and communication skills to User Testing, Expert Reviews and Information Architecture projects across a range of industries including Telecommunications, Banking, Government, and Retail.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Psychology, Graduate Dipolma in Social Science Research.
The person
Sharon likes to make the most of the kiwi outdoor lifestyle - tramping, camping, beaching, running, gardening and kayaking.
When not feeling quite so adventurous Sharon pursues more urban actives, spending time with family, socialising with friends over good wine or coffee, reading and cooking.
