Richard Kerr has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University. He started two companies before joining Optimal Usability in 2007.
Richard has experience with IVR applications, touch screen kiosks, web applications and websites. He is passionate about delivering elegant, usable design solutions for clients.
Richard has conducted many user tests and expert reviews for clients including: Vodafone, University of Canterbury, NZ Post, Ministry of Economic Development, Vinacom and NZ On Screen.

The person
On the rare occasions when Richard is not boring his long term girlfriend (sorry ladies) about the latest application on his iPhone, he can be found boring other people about it. Richard would do some outdoorsy things, but figures that Dave does so many extra-curricular activities that he doesn’t have to.
