iSky

About the client

Sky TV is synonymous with high-quality, innovative satellite-based Television. Their presence in New Zealand is as the pay TV market leader and from this position they have been extending their service offering into Freeview, with the Prime channel, and now into the online space.

The scenario

Sky TV’s on demand service, iSky, was launched in late 2010. Sky customers can log in anywhere with a broadband internet connection and watch live Sky News & Sport, catch-up TV, Sports and Movies.
Prior to launch Optimal Usability was asked to test the site with users to ensure that the service that was delivered to customers, lived up to the high standard that Sky is known for providing.

“I would definitely recommend Optimal Usability. The service and advice they provided was professional and I was very pleasantly surprised by the depth of their knowledge.”

Gary Tayler, Manager, iSky Content team – Sky Television
