The professional
Bridget brings exceptional experience in combining user experience requirements with commercial constraints and realities. She began her career in web design and analytics, and specialised in leading teams through user experience design projects. She likes figuring out what works well online, and improving the customer experience through logical and elegant design.
With experience in business strategy, management and web services, Bridget has unique insight into how to best balance usability with delivering quality projects that align with strategic imperatives of organisations. She feels that it's important to get organisations enthused by showing the benefits of great usability, so that customer-centred design becomes a crucial part of business-as-usual activity.

The person
Bridget feels comfortable as part of the food-focussed team at Optimal, and enjoys seeking out foodie inspiration in the kitchen and the wider world beyond. Weekends are spent avoiding household maintenance, catching up with friends and venturing into the great outdoors and slightly lesser hills of Wellington.
