The professional
Alyssa has gained extensive experience in providing excellent customer service through her previous roles in front of house and retail management. Alyssa comes to Optimal Usability having developed, implemented and managed office systems and administrative procedures ensuring smooth day to day operating. Her study in leadership and specific training in strategic planning and building teams has given her the ability to successfully manage the coordination of events and projects.
As Optimal Usability has extended their service to provide excellent training on usability related topics, Alyssa has picked up the challenge of managing and organizing these consistently successful events. As we head through 2008 she will continue to focus on delivering an array of high quality and interesting training and networking events for the benefit of clients both existing and to come.
Qualifications: Diploma in Leadership (Distinction), Diploma in Performing Arts – Dance (Distinction)
The person
Sitting still is not something Alyssa has ever done well – except when Grey’s Anatomy is on! With only the occasional dance opportunity nowadays, exercise and keeping active has taken on many a new form in the mode of the gym, urban hiking, running and whatever else she’s easily conned in to. Quality time with friends and family is also a high priority, often done while feeding an addiction to coffee in one of Wellington’s many fabulous cafes, or while dragging them walking up one of Wellington’s many hills or around the extensive coastline.
